Your account will automatically upgrade to the monthly subscription at $500/month, giving you the ability to submit unlimited job requests at $3,500 per job. (You can cancel anytime before the 14-day trial ends.)

Each job submission costs $3,500. This fee covers our recruiting efforts, including posting your job on many job boards, sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates. We provide a curated list of top candidates with no fee per hire. (Traditional recruiting firms often
charge 15–20% of the candidate’s annual salary, but we only charge a flat rate.)

Each candidate we present has been screened, interviewed, and evaluated for the position. You have a 72-hour review period (Excluding weekends and Holidays) to accept or reject the candidate after reviewing their resume, video, and profile.

  • If you reject the candidate: We will replace them with additional candidates.
  • If you take no action: The candidate’s profile will auto-unlock after 72 hours and be marked as accepted.
  • Once 5 candidates are accepted, you can purchase another package for additional candidates and our recruiters will continue to work on it.

Our recruiters work hard to find and evaluate top candidates who are actively applying to other roles. A 72-hour review period ensures timely responses, helping you stay competitive and increasing your hiring success rate.

We take multiple measures to remind candidates about their interviews to ensure they show up on time. However, if a candidate does not attend, they will be replaced at no additional charge as long as the following conditions are met:

  • The interview was scheduled using our platform and not arranged offline.
  • The candidate was unlocked within the 72-hour review period.
  • The interview time slot you provided was within 5 days of the interview invite request.

Our platform actively monitors these conditions to ensure fairness and efficiency. Rest assured, we are committed to making the hiring process seamless for you.

Our process is designed for success:

  • All candidates have been interviewed, briefed on your job details, and expressed interest in the role.
  • You receive resumes and videos answering your specific interview questions, providing a thorough evaluation.
  • You can reject candidates for replacements during the review process.

If you follow the process and unlock 5 candidates, it is highly likely you’ll make a hire. If not, you can continue by purchasing additional packages to keep the process going. Our recruiters will keep working on your job until you fill the position.
