HOW WE USE AI AND OUR COMMITMENT TO RESPONSIBLE INNOVATION:

Our goal is to simplify the connection between job seekers and employers, making the process more efficient and informed through the use of artificial intelligence (AI). By using data-driven models, we enhance the job search and recruitment experience, helping people find jobs faster and enabling employers to find suitable candidates more easily. Personal data is used to build AI systems that power features like candidate summaries, personalized outreach messages, and job matching. These tools are designed in collaboration with partners to create opportunities for both job seekers and employers.

In certain regions, we offer chatbots that assist users with tasks such as applying for jobs or scheduling interviews. The information shared with these chatbots helps personalize interactions and guide users through their job search. If these chatbots are developed with the help of third-party vendors, both parties ensure data processing is managed securely and responsibly.

As technology continues to evolve, we remain committed to advancing AI capabilities while prioritizing fairness, transparency, and privacy. We continuously improve our systems to create better job matches and more relevant search results, while always upholding the principles of responsible AI use. Our aim is to ensure that job seekers benefit from these advancements, making their journey smoother and more accessible.

OUR AI PRINCIPLES AND RESPONSIBLE INNOVATION:

We are committed to using AI in ways that benefit job seekers and employers, guided by a few key principles:

  1. Job Seeker First: Our mission is to help people find jobs, and this principle drives our use of AI. We aim to open up opportunities for all job seekers, ensuring that our technology serves their needs.
  2. Fairness and Equity: Talent is universal, but opportunity is not. We strive to build AI systems that reduce bias and enhance fairness, ensuring that all job seekers can access the opportunities they deserve. We take precautions to ensure our AI does not perpetuate biases, with oversight and compliance with privacy regulations.
  3. Continuous Learning: Fairness and equity are complex concepts that vary across cultures and contexts. We are committed to continuously evaluating and improving our AI systems through data analysis and the lived experiences of job seekers. Learning is an ongoing process, and we remain open to evolving our practices.
  1. Human-Centered Hiring: AI can enhance the hiring process, but we recognize that hiring is ultimately a human decision. Our tools are designed to support people, not replace them. We aim to maintain the human element in job searching and hiring, while using AI to simplify and improve the experience.
  2. Responsible Innovation: The rapid advancement of AI offers new possibilities, but it also requires careful consideration of risks and benefits. We are committed to transparency, accountability, and security in our AI systems, ensuring they respect human rights and operate with robust safeguards.

Our Role in Promoting Responsible AI

We are actively working to promote responsible AI use across the HR technology industry. Our dedicated team develops tools and processes that prioritize inclusivity, fairness, and privacy. We engage and integrate with vendors, who are deeply involved with policymakers and industry leaders to set standards for responsible AI use and participate in discussions about ethical technology.

As we continue to monitor global best practices, our goal is to ensure that all job seekers have equal access to opportunities. This commitment drives our ongoing efforts to create technology that benefits everyone in the job market while keeping their rights and privacy secure.
